Electrostatic powder coating
Preferred for steel and other suitable metal parts where a durable, uniform and decorative finish is required. The appropriate coating system is selected according to colour, texture and operating environment.
Wet painting
A flexible solution for parts that require a special colour, finish or application. The primer and topcoat system is planned according to the conditions of use.
Hot-dip and electro-galvanising
Used to protect steel parts against corrosion. Part geometry, threads, enclosed volumes and tolerances are assessed before galvanising.
Pre-coating preparation
A good surface finish requires the part to be free of oil, burrs, weld spatter and oxides. Any necessary grinding, edge finishing and cleaning is completed before coating. Surfaces that are not to be coated, threads and contact points are protected according to the technical requirements.
