1. Technical file and manufacturability check
DXF, DWG or other suitable CAD data is reviewed; dimensions, holes, cut clearances and critical tolerances are verified. Anything that could affect production is raised before work begins.
2. Nesting and material optimisation
Parts are nested efficiently on the sheet. A well-planned nesting layout helps reduce material waste, processing time and overall production cost.
3. Cutting and quality control
First-article and in-process checks are carried out throughout production. Part dimensions, contours, hole positions and visual edge quality are assessed against the technical drawing.
