  • Contact data: telephone number, email address.
  • Request/transaction data: message content, service request, company name, budget range.
  • Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, cookie records.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

  • Responding to your requests, questions and applications and maintaining communication,
  • Preparing quotations and providing services,
  • Carrying out contractual processes and fulfilling obligations,
  • Developing the website, ensuring its security and statistical analysis,
  • Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the legal bases that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, is in its legitimate interests and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, strictly for the purposes set out above, to legally authorised public authorities, to the hosting, email and infrastructure providers we use, and to our business partners, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; once that period expires or the reasons for processing no longer apply, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information about it if so; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction; to request restriction of processing; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
