Why does dimensional inspection matter?
Hole position, thread depth and countersink size directly affect how well a part performs in assembly. Reference surfaces are defined before machining, and checks are carried out during production with suitable gauges and measuring instruments. Critical features are assessed against the tolerances specified on the technical drawing.
An approach integrated into the production flow
A part can first be produced by fiber laser cutting, then moved on to CNC press brake bending and welding. Secondary operations are applied at the right stage to complete the part’s requirements before assembly and coating.
